Vumatel Price update – Effective 2025/04/01

From 1 April Vumatel’s fibre pricing is changing – that means our pricing is also going to be adjusted.
This price change is effective 11 months after Vumatel’s last change on 1 May 2024.

Details of the changes for their CORE services can be found in the table below.

Important Notes regarding these changes:

  • Vumatel’s price increase is due to increased operational costs and current market conditions
  • This price increase ranges from 0% and 14%. The average increase is 6% across all services.
  • Any change to upgrade/downgrade must be requested before COB – 17th March 2025.
  • Downgrades are charged @ R575.00 Incl VAT.
  • If you are within a promotional period, you will remain on that pricing until the end of your promotional period and move to the standard (new) price at the end of the promotional period.
  • This change does not affect customers on the INA product range.
  • Next billing run (April Invoicing) is sent to customers on 19th March 2025.
