Openserve Price update – Effective 2025/04/01

From 1 April 2025 Openserve’s fibre pricing is changing – that means our pricing is also going to be adjusted.
This price change is effective 12 months after Openserve’s last change on 1 April 2024.

Important Notes regarding these changes:

  • Openserve’s price increase is due mainly to increased operational costs and current market conditions
  • This price increase ranges from 3.2% and 6.2%.
  • Any change to upgrade/downgrade must be requested before COB – 17th March 2025.
  • Downgrades are charged @ R175.00 Incl VAT.
  • Next billing run (April Invoicing) is sent to customers on 19th March 2025.
